error: you need to load the kernel first. Select your USB drive from the list and click Restart. Click the lock and enter your password to change the settings. error: file /arch/boot/X86_64/vmlinuz-linux" not found. Youve got two options to boot to your external drive. Then, an unexpected error occured: error: no such device: ARCH_202302. I booted into GNU/GRUB manager now and then selected 'Arch Linux install medium(x86_64, UEFI) Then after, the Apple Boot Manager actually recognised it as a USB, as it said 'EFI Boot' with a picture of a drive on it. I then, in Windows, made a FAT32 partition, and flashed an Arch Linux ISO file on it, to act as a makeshift USB. Though you can install Mavericks (OS X 10.9) directly from your Mac's hard drive, a bootable installer drive can be more convenient for installing the OS onto multiple Macs. I made a BOOTCAMP partition and installed Windows 10 on it. I don't have a USB This is what I've done: My plan is to use Windows 10 to make a FAT32 partition to act as a makeshift USB and then after booting into the 'usb', I can erase the data from the BOOTCAMP partition, and install Arch onto it. So I am trying to dual boot Arch and MacOS with no usb, and this is what I've accomplished so far(Running MacOS Monterey BTW) It should be noted that I am an Arch noob. Dual boot Arch/MacOS failed (I wanted to try dualboot Arch w/ no USB/CD/DVD) I was so close, but there's 1 problem.
